Recommendations:
“Charles was my boss and co-coder on Metrowerks SourceSafe. He provided excellent guidance and planning on a challenging integration of code from two very different companies, Microsoft and Metrowerks. He also was a very good intermediary between those companies. His great attention to detail and commitment to the project borders on obsession sometimes and I mean that in a good way.” March 28, 2007

“I worked under Charles to test several releases of Visual SourceSafe for Macintosh. Charles had an excellent understanding of this complex project and was generally able to devise and communicate effective test strategies for the Quality Assurance group to employ. Charles made excellent use of scare resources to maintain realistic schedules and product ship dates.” November 3, 2005

“I started working with Charles in early 1998 when I joined Metrowerks. I found him to be dedicated and very knowlegable about the software he was developing, with a concentration on debugging obscure problems and working on code that was being integrated from outside development teams.” July 25, 2005
