Recommendations:

“Charles is a seriously experienced engineer who likes to get things done right. He’s contributed to the GreenSocs open source project, with high quality code.” September 15, 2009

Mark Burton, Owner, GreenSocs
was with another company when working with Charles at ESLX, Inc.

“I worked with Charles in several capacities, including technical training and participation on the OSCI TLM standards committee. I found him to have an extensive breadth of knowledge, the desire to create a quality product and an ability to grasp complex new material.” May 26, 2009

Bill Bunton, Member of Technical Staff, ESLX
worked directly with Charles at ESLX, Inc.

“Charles is a highly competent software engineer with a broad set of experiences, skills, and knowledge.” May 26, 2009

Jack Donovan, President, XtremeEDA USA
managed Charles at ESLX and XtremeEDA

“Charles is one of the brightest software engineers I know. His breadth of knowledge really helps him come up with both solid and novel solutions. There are not that many folks that have the same breadth of exposure and solid design experience. I also (eventually) liked his pedantic style when it comes to making code readable and portable. He’s affected my coding positively. Charles can be very personable if you take time to work with him.” May 21, 2009

David Black, CTO , ESLX Inc
managed Charles indirectly at ESLX and XtremeEDA
